Natural Hair Care | Best Hair Care

We all want our hair looks natural, right? To understand how we do natural hair care, we need to have a basic idea of its structure and the hair type we have. The follicle is the structure holding the hair root. These follicles are below our skins surface of our head. Because this is where the nutrition is drawing from and the structure that our hair is nourished through our blood vessels, when we talk about natural hair care, the follicle is one of the key things that we should not ignore.

Another important thing that we need to understand when talking about natural hair care is our hair type. Basically, there are three layers in our hairs, and it is composed of a protein similar to those for our nails. However, everyone has different hair type due to their genes. Roughly speaking, we can divide hair types into three main categories: wavy, curly, and coily.

Wavy hair is usually more course. In comparing with the other types of hairs, wavy hair usually looks shinier and has thicker strands. Because of these characteristics, you will find it hard to curl your wavy hair. If you love straight and shiny hair, you will be glad to have this type of hair.

If you like straight hair, then you may find it hard to straighten your hair if you own curly type hair. You will not be able to lengthen it by combing. With its interesting nature, it will snap back to its curly position. You may be able to straighten your curl hair when your hair gets wet, but it will return to its curly look when it gets dry. It will also look more curly under humid atmosphere.

The third type is coily hair. Coily hair is the lightest one among the three. They seem to look thicker when dry. This type of hair structure has the fewest outer layer protection. Thus, they are thinner and lighter than other types, and because this type of hair has the less outer protective layer, this type of hair is the most fragile. Its coil structure also makes it harder for natural hair care substances to reach the hair thoroughly. Thus, moisturing is particularly important to protect this type of hair from breakage.

With this basic idea of the hair structure and their types, you should now be able to understand which kinds of natural hair care products suitable for your lovely hair.

I would say straight hair is the easiest type of hair to take care with. Its outer protective layer is thick than the other two type of hairs. Many of the natural hair care conditioners are suitable for straight hair. Thus, many choices to choose from.
